We’re happy when our customers are happy. That’s why we’ve designed our 14-day Easy Return Policy to be an absolute breeze.  

  

Our requirements are pretty straightforward: 

 

1.     The product must show no signs of use, not be damaged or stained and should be unwashed and completely unaltered
2.     The product should be in their original condition with packaging and tags intact
3.     Receipt or proof of purchase is required

  

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll issue equivalent store credits with which you can purchase other products on truser.com
